i believe so it gives the length, for what to cut and, the roll is 5,000 mm its more than enough for the goon and was fairly cheap for OEM

Way back in a 510again publication they mentioned a mid sixtys chrysler window channel felted that napa sold. I cannot remember the number but it is a perfict fit on a 510.

i used a little glue to keep it in place.

 

its MUCH easier to do with the glass out

 

i think that roll is enough for 2 doors.

When installing the felt is it best to cut the felt at a 45 degree angle where the horizontal and verticle portions meet and then rejoin with weatherstripping adhesive? Installling mine now and am debating wheather to do this or just have the verticle portion run all the way up to the top of the channel and then pull back the horizontal portion slighly to fit snug.

Here is the channel felt I wrote about. It was sold by Napa. And works and fits great. I will try to locate the part number if I can and post it. It came in long strips like the ones in the box in the pic.

so i did the driver side 

 

cleaned all the old crap out cut it to length

 

test fitted have not glued

 

 

so i made small angle cuts ^^^ at the bends i did not do a full length its two pieces  when its glued this little piece will tuck and it flushes out

I really want to do new felt and door seals, but Id like to paint the car... I think its just too much work and money to redo it. Im excited to see these seal threads though. Gives some good tips for the future. I need to get a second car so I can paint the Dime quicker.
