Renault Caravels were also built in Japan by Hino, who did a much better fit and finish on them.

...I didn't think Hino made a Caravelle, but they made the 4CV and a few other things I think, do it wouldn't surprise me.

 

My dad had two Renault Dauphines (which the Caravelle is based on), and I think he's probably the only person in the world who can (or will) say that.

 

Every 100 miles, the points would rattle out.
