car cuts and bogs like crazy and im really carb clueless. plus there's almost no brakes, everything is new, no leaks, when I bled it I get no air, and yes I bench bled it.

Yea, I left because I was just sick of having problems with the car, the whole first day the alternator was dead, Matt panic hooked it up on someone who had one, then just said f*** it with the above problems I was having and went out. 2nd lap out I was hitting the back sweeper, went to throw a clutch kick at the end where it tightens up and the engine bogged instead, straightened the car out and the lack of brakes made me go off almost into the bushes and I snapped my front lca in the process.

You have a return line running to the tank? Try running a fuel regulator and a fuel psi gauge. I'm using a Mallory regulator on my fireturd and running 6psi of fuel which is basically as high as I could get it to go. Car has a 4barrel vortec v8.

I haven't really messed with it much since I got it home. I was wondering if pressure could be a factor, I was going to see if I could borrow some hose pliers from someone maybe and just pinch the return line and see if it changes anything. if fuel pressure is the issue, then that would tell me pretty quick.

Another friend said the float bowls could be an issue but in my previous video it was idling just after waiting for a bit after start up and I haven't messed with the carbs since then.

I'm assuming they still need to be rejetted for my 2.8 and even maybe a bit bigger than that for my n42 head, but I don't know crap about rejetting.

maybe, the things is if you didn't have a return line the pump could end up building so much pressure its backing up on itself, thats why I'd suggest a regulator and a fuel gauge, lets you see the pressure you want and when it bags it'll let you know whats happening pressure wise.

I definitely have a return line, and the stock "regulator" (that piece if metal with the little hole in it). but I've also deleted the electric pump that was back by the tank so that's why I was thinking lack of fuel pressure. And when it was running better it was the gas can on the hood so less distance and gravity helping flow and making higher return resistance.
