I sent out 3 painted canvases to the Marine Corps League to be auctioned off at the Marine Corps Ball tonight.

Back in AIT I cross trained with some Marines and one of my instructors was a Gunny, Ever see a M1 Abrams tank rock due to 3 Marines fighting inside over a can of dip? :blink: They take their "candy" seriously!! :huh:

I have friends in most branches of the military, and marines are by far the biggest assholes. Although most of my friends are assholes anyways :rofl:

former marine myself. i'm just proud that i did something to help this country. my unit did a lot of humanitarian stuff in 3rd world countries and glad i was part of something bigger than me to help other people out. semper fi!

 

and a tremendous amount of respect to the other military forces then, and now.
