FiveSeventyZee
While cruising the intarweb for datsun parts I found this company from LA that seems to have good prices. I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with the camber plates on this page http://www.racetep.com/datsunsusp.html can anyone tell by looking at them if they're any good? (I know I can't) anyone know if the store itself is any good? Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
those camber plates are junk. I threw mine away after I bought then. Bought T3 stuff and coil overs. Thats the way to go now. Otherwise those guys are OK to deal with but soemtimes get better prices elsewhere Quote Link to comment
FiveSeventyZee
I also noticed their last copyright on the website was in 99 so I'm not even sure if theyre still in operation. what about their plates was garbage? build quality? or was it just plain a bad design? zerow
I found them to be good for the urethane bushings. +1 for Hainz...I saw and held a set of the camber plates. You could make a better set by giving the dopey kid in metal shop the dimensions. Flimsy and just plain poor quality for the price. I have the T3's and they work great. Quote Link to comment
HRH
I used to buy Weber jets from them until they kept sending me the wrong jets. Also had on of their L20 headers, leaked quite a bit, had gigantic mounting holes that wallowed all around. Sold it with the car. Have a set of T3 camber plates, love them. Can't go wrong for the price. Quote Link to comment
hang_510
never looked at the camber plates. great place and the people are very helpful. been there many times. Quote Link to comment
wayno
I have used there shorty headers for a long time, I have never had them coated, therefore they have only lasted for 5 years on average. There are not many things that last as long as stock equipment, but for what they are(the header), I don't feel ripped off. wayno Quote Link to comment
