My first Datsun Five Two One

Hey Matt, I have a couple hood "D"s but all have the mounts broken. I will get you some pictures of the tail gate that I am looking to part with.

Dat521gatherer. The floor mat went right into the trash, it was really shitty. Do you happen to know of any sources for a new/used one? I also got a good "driver" condition rear view mirror in my parts pile that I have since installed into the truck and I see why they are rather rare due to them simply falling apart over time. The white heater knob seems to work just fine along with the blower motor, have not tried the heat just yet as we had temps well into the 100's last week.

Here are a couple more pictures of my C10 that I built last month. Full air ride suspension sitting on 3 1/8" Coker Classis wide whites, smoothie wheels with chrome baby moons. I made my own rear cups to work with the trailing arms, the fronts we already manufacturer at my work. Tubular lower control arms, polished aluminum 5 gallon air tank, chrome Air Zenith 200PSI air compressor, Accuair VU4 manifold filling Slam Specialties SS-8 air bags. I plan to get it a few inches closer to the earth with the addition of 2.5" drop spindles while upgrading the front brakes to power disc. The rear will get a mini notch, block, longer U-bolts, bumpstops, and an adjustable track/panhard bar.

I am still going through all the spare parts that came with this truck. I am still shocked how many parts this guy had kicking around for these trucks.

I found another 521 that is about an hour from my house that is forsale. It's a basketcase completely torn apart, but all of the sheet metal is in really good shape. What peaked my interest was the weber carb setup, disc brake conversion, and 5 speed transmission. It's so tempting yet I really do not need another truck at my house.

I started to get together some pictures of my spare parts pile.

Here are most of the parts piled up in my barn ready to be sorted through, organized, and a parts list/pictures taken. It takes a good bit of time carefully going through each piece to inspect its condition.
