Topher88
Oh ya and I still need to shorten the had shafts to fit my r200. Gona cut off 1/2 on the passenger side and 3/4 for the drives just so I'm safe Quote Link to comment
dennis
Should have ran stainless for your fuel lines. If a rock nicks that aluminum then your line(s) and possibly your life is screwed. It is rare that it happens but it does. Most of the coiled aluminum line manufacturers state that the line is not for use with efi. 1 Quote Link to comment
Topher88
As I was bending the line I was thinking that if anything hit the line I'd be be screwed.... SR's don't like getting starved.... So you would suggest doing them in steel or stainless steel? Quote Link to comment
SR20DETdatsun510
Does anyone have any experience with these? http://www.ebay.com/itm/CXRacing-Datsun-510-Stainless-Steel-Fuel-Tank-Line-Tube-SR20DET-KA24DE-/380443724487?hash=item5894368ac7&item=380443724487&pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr 1 Quote Link to comment

Topher88
Ya.... I think I am... The aluminum coil was only $25 so ill take that as a little learning lesson. And like you said now I have a template :) 1 Quote Link to comment
dennis
Sorry I didnt respond sooner. Stainless is much harder to bend than aluminum. But like jrock said you have a template. I think it would be better to buy the tubes since you wont have to try and straighten the coils out. The drawback with the straight tubes is the lengths. I found them in 8' sections in a 3/8ths inch on amazon. The coils usually use .020 wall tubing and that is a lot easier to bend than some of the other straight tube. Quote Link to comment
Topher88
I got the coil Quote Link to comment
