sojourner_k
I need a debate settled. A year ago I saved a L320 from the scrap heap. The body, glass, and chrome are good. Practically, everything else has been scavenged. I planned on restoring it, but recently bought an identical truck in perfect condition instead. I want to sell my parts truck, but my buddy the mechanic says I should save it so I don't have to kill someone if I ever get in an accident. So I'm taking a poll... Do I... 1) Sell the whole truck as is. If so how much? 2) Sell little things like emblems and hub caps, but save the body and glass. 3) Save the whole truck just in case. datzenmike
How bad an accident do you plan to have?? You only need to worry about the parts car if it's survivable, right? :D Anything else is going to require anything from a complete body down to as little as a couple of tail light lenses. If you sell off something needed later your minor 'fender bender' becomes a total vehicle loss because it can't be fixed for lack of parts. Park it somewhere out of the way and store it properly. Leave instructions for it's disposal just in case. :D Quote Link to comment
FoxyRoadster
Oic's with less retarded host please! As for keeping a spare, I say keep it if you want if not sell it after removing what you need. Quote Link to comment
jefe de jefes
Can't see pics. I don't have a facebook account..... I say keep it but I'll take the hubcaps if you plan on selling. Quote Link to comment
wayno
I had a 65 L320 that a kid hit me head on in, I was stopped when he hit me, I couldn't find a grill for it, I had some extra parts, but not the grill. I sold it because of that. I'd say sell it to me, but your too far away,:crying: so you better keep it. wayno Quote Link to comment

As for keeping a spare, I say keep it if you want if not sell it after removing what you need. Sorry for the facebook link. It took me a moment to find a place to upload pictures on here. You can view them in my gallery now. I've changed the link in my original post. So the question remains, if I sell it, what should I ask for it? Quote Link to comment

I'd definitely sell the hubcaps if I don't sell the whole thing. Although there are some missing in the photo, I have all four. Quote Link to comment
AZhitman
If you can get a close-up of the fender trim, I may need those (I have a mismatched set). :( Quote Link to comment
Charlie69
How much for the truck? Silver City is beautiful drive from Phoenix (Hint AZhitman). Quote Link to comment

That is part of the survey:-)I currently have it priced at $800 with plenty of lookers, but no buyers. What do ya'll think? Too high? Too low? Quote Link to comment
wayno
If you can get a close-up of the fender trim, I may need those (I have a mismatched set). :( Hi there AZhitman, the trim piece with the white background is what I have on my NL320, the one with redish/orange background is the one odd piece I have for a right front fender. What piece do you need? wayno Quote Link to comment

Roger
Who ever buys this 320 is obviously upgrading from a 521. I'm looking for a 521 in the same condition as this 320 (probably from the same part of the country, too.) That means: good body-rust free- original condition- good, original paint --good title. It does not mean adding aftermarket mirrors and drilling new holes while leaving the other holes exposed. It could be sitting delelict for decades. After that I am most ok with what you have. I don't care if it dosen't run. I don't care if its a parts truck. and needs tons or stuff added to it. I just want a good truck to start my project with. I live in Maryland ans we donot have datsuns anymore. I want one, so I willhave to ship it. If you know of one let me know. If you have one contact me with Pics. Sorry about hyjacking your thread, but Icouldnt resist it. :<) Thanks!! Roger Quote Link to comment

A fair price for it's condition, I think. Sorry to disappoint on the fenders. I'll let you know if the sale falls through for some reason. Quote Link to comment
