datzenmike
The flex line is no good now so you will need another. Any flex line will do if it reaches so don't worry about it. Yeah get the slave, but get it cheap, caus it may not work from sitting. Also isn't that an A-10 with the dual square head lights? Check if it has the optional 5 speed in it. Quote Link to comment
80datson
heres the hardline and the softline i cut.. atleast i got the hard line right? and here are the floor mats i got kinna dirty but i can take them to the cleaners too right?? and the pedal assembly does this look right for a 80 210? 80datson
so you say i shud go pick up that slave cylinder? Quote Link to comment
80datson
yah i think that is a a10 and it was auto if i remeber correctly why do yu ask? Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Nice score. Like them 'datsun' mats. The clutch cylinders are common. Nissan and regular parts stores carry them. No worries. The A10 5-speed is a hot item. Also the rear axle is heavy duty and will fit the 210. Quote Link to comment
80datson
really their heavy duty? waht would that be good for if i put it in my 210. also they sale slave cylindrs do they? the one thats on the tranny Quote Link to comment
80datson
as for the master cylnder and slave cylinder shud i just buy them new at auto zone or is it best to use the oem one? cause the junk yard was trying to charge me 20 somin dollars for the master cyl. and autozone has them for 17 new. ggzilla
Don't bother to buy the used cylinders unless you need them. You can always buy them later at the time you need them. You don't want a cylinder "kit" -- you want the whole new cylinder. Quote Link to comment
80datson
ok so as long as i have the hardline and pedal assembly is whats most important. what about the shifter i seeen it had it shud i go back and get the shifter? so for the cylinders im just gonna buy and for the soft line i can buy or use braided steel right? besides all that for my auto to man. swwapp i will have a chassy thats manaul and all i need is a man. trans right? what about those floor mats yu think those are rare? 420n620
something big like doors and fenders use UPS. Fedex is 33% cheaper then UPS. or shipping by bus would be even cheaper. Quote Link to comment
