For instance, one of our counter guys is this English transplant who's very smart with like 2 masters but still works at NAPA and you can get started on something and just work him up into a frenzy. We all like him, but it's fun to get him going. :D And yes, Picard is very sensitive. If it was Shatner, you could play some cheesy porn music and he'd keep on like he owned the place.
