Yikes. yes it is, the PO put them on and even on the rear 1/4 panels, they will all be removed and be welded closed, once I find the front side marker lights/lens. Link to comment

But since I hooked him up with a dizzy several weeks ago, and he's got a nice set of markers, I figured it'd be nice to offer them to me first. Probably just slipped his mind.
