1974 Datsun 620 Pickup For Sale--Illinois

Recommended Posts

This ONE OWNER pickup is in very good condition! The 1.6L (1670cc) 4 cylinder engine has Hooker headers, a Weber 2 barrel carb, 37805 ORIGINAL miles and runs like a champ! It has a 4 speed manual transmission and dual exhaust. The interior is in very good shape and the seats are just like new.

*As you can see in the third picture the back of the cab is cut out and open to the bed*

The body has some surface rust but no dents. It was garage kept while it was driven, and has NEVER seen snow or salt. It's been kept in our barn and not driven for the last 6 years only because we've had no reason or need to use it. We're selling it because we don't drive it and we need the space.

$ 1500.00 OBO

Fly out and drive back. I've driven from Toronto to Vancouver Island in 82 hrs that's 2,800 miles. Gotta be less than that. Say under 3 days. Have someone phone in sick for you on Monday and road trip her home over a long weekend.

I'm just wondering... You guys have noticed that the back of the cab is cut out, right? So unless you plan to keep it as-is, you're looking at a new cab and bed. You'd think the OP would make note of this fact... :huh:

Well...that is why I posted that particular picture... :blink:

But I will happily edit the post...

Its close to me but I rather have one not all cut up.... I bet the front of the bed isn't cut at all, the front section unbolts.

You people need to stop taking all the Datsun's to cali, there is plenty out there and very little out here. :)

I can haul trucks but I never did anything that far before. I did a 500 mile one way towing a Datsun with a Datsun, then turned around and towed another Datsun back (traded a 521 for a 620).

Fly back and drive her back, My blue 620 was in chicago. I flow back and drover her to California. ( P.S. You can bring tools on airplane if you make arrangements and pay a small fee)

You've always been able to bring tools...at least hand tools. Back before they started charging for checked bags I brought about 45lbs of hand tools in my checked bag so I could work on my gf's car.
