85NAPSZ
Well, I'm new here so I guess I'll introduce myself. I'm Will and I'm a seventeen year old from Alabama. I have an '85 Nissan 720 King Cab with a few little mods done here and there. Around October I was in a pretty serious accident on my way to school, and my 720 was/is basically totaled. After replacing my entire front suspension (literally), it's back in working condition and driven daily. Well, here are some pictures. I'm open to any comments/questions/help/criticism. izzo
Pff, that just adds character. Glad you're ok. If you have the motivation, that front end could be replaced :D Quote Link to comment
85NAPSZ
That front end WILL be replaced! lol. The local Pull-A-Part just got a fresh '84 720 in and we've already checked it out and we're going to swap front ends, including core support. Quote Link to comment

85NAPSZ
Ah, I wish. Although I love my 720, 620's are my personal favorites. If I can pick up another little 720, I may just have to try that though. Quote Link to comment

85NAPSZ
Haha, thanks man. I want to finish this 720 first so I don't get too ahead of myself. After all, I've still got my last year of high school to go through. 1 Quote Link to comment

datrod
Ha, yeah right. Our entire school system is going to uniforms next year, no exceptions. The way you kids dress today that's not a bad idea. (Lookin like a fool with your pants on the ground) Welcome to Ratsun :) Good to see a young kid doin the truck thing. Get that bad boy back on the road. Quote Link to comment
85NAPSZ
Hah, no thanks. I don't dress THAT bad. And actually, I do drive it, but only during the day. No headlights = a pain. Which reminds, I have a question for you guys! Well I've got basically a whole new front end suspension. New spindles, tie rod assembly (inner and outer, both sides), new drag/center link, everything. But, for some reason, my left turning radius has been cut in half it seems like. Also, it makes a gut wrenching noise when I turn left into my driveway, which is sloped. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Jack the front end in the air an inch and have someons turn the steering from lock to lock and watch the tire movement. Quote Link to comment
85NAPSZ
Will do as soon as this rain dies down, it's been raining for a few days straight. Any idea as to what it might be though? Quote Link to comment
Pumpkn210
Your shit is al Effed up, bent, broaken and whatnot! You crashed it  remember? Quote Link to comment
85NAPSZ
Yeah, but it's got an all new front suspension, including bushings. Quote Link to comment
Pumpkn210
Who did the work? If they did they did it wrong.... unless.....Is the frame bent? Quote Link to comment
85NAPSZ
A local mechanic did most of the work, and he claims the frame isn't bent. I really don't trust them, since my truck was in his shop for five months and he's no longer in business. Quote Link to comment
