CharlieBucket
i was wondering if this looks like a good deal and if it would fit my 74 620. it is a used weber carb i found on craigs. thanks http://atlanta.craigslist.org/pts/462280492.html Quote Link to comment
tnip
it's hard for me personally to tell from the pics but it looks like a small weber. which means it is very likely to fit your 620. whatever it is, it's just a matter of getting the proper adapter plate. Quote Link to comment
gen4maxima536
the second one kinda looks like a DFV not sure about the first one, kinda looks like a DGV with an adapter plate for an air filter on it. just email the guy and ask him to loo at the side of the base of the carb for the model number. CharlieBucket
bringing back my old thread. this guy still has the carbs and i bet i could get a good deal on both of them. ok they a part # DGAV 33B1 that is a 32/36, so would i be able find a adaptor plate for the L18? sorry for my ignorance on the carb subget, i keep getting confused when searching the net. i don't know if or why some 32/36 are different from each other. edit: link to current ad. http://atlanta.craigslist.org/pts/497311593.html Quote Link to comment

CharlieBucket
the dgab 33b1 is the SAME EXACT carb i have.. works great! might have to change jets tho.. as for adapter plate.. should be easy to find so it will be the standard weber adaptor for a 620? or does it need to be a special 33b1 adaptor? thanks Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
Make sure you get the correct adapter for your intake as the L20 intake and L16 intake use a different adapter Quote Link to comment

In fact, I have a stock L20B carb on my L16. There's no difference. They use the same adapter. The only difference that matters is the throttle linkage, which isn't a big hassle since the Hitachi one fits the weber. Quote Link to comment
