Phirus
Damn, seeing all these rusted out trucks on here makes me realize how lucky I am to have found mine in such killer condition. No offense. Quote Link to comment
Weaver
^Haha, seeing the rusty ones makes me realize I'm not the only crazy one trying to fix the rust. Nice truck. It's cool that you and your roommate have matching vehicles. Quote Link to comment
Phirus
I got a gallon of rust stop I used in my floor boards, stuff is awesome! this stuff just a different brand. Quote Link to comment
Weaver
^So it really works? I was thinking about getting some aerosol converter (from eastwood) to use on my holy floor. Quote Link to comment
Phirus
It works great! Kinda pricey, but worth it. I painted it onto my floorboards, 2 coats in 2 days, then patched the only bad hole with some tar tape, put my original floormats in and it's good as new. Quote Link to comment
LCDC
^So it really works? I was thinking about getting some aerosol converter (from eastwood) to use on my holy floor. Holy Datsun Floor, you've been sticking your feet down to the road. Oh what become of your shoes, Ride the yellow line Look thru the holes to see the road, oh don't you see the daylight oh, lol got on a tangit here for a moment. Quote Link to comment
shadrach
Yeah we looked into that stuff thanks for the tips on the product for the floors... also will post pics today we lowered the lil hustler and got a fender mirror on it... man datsuns are easy to lower..... pics later today Quote Link to comment
yellowdatsun
If your floors haven't rusted through, POR-15 works AWESOME. It's expensive, but well worth it. Wire brush the rust, then paint it right over it. It's an epoxy like paint that encapsulates the rust. I've used it on 2 cars. Quote Link to comment
