  1. <------ Continued from a couple posts on the last page.
  2. Came home to an awesome surprise this afternoon from S&R Knives. Two awesome fucking Ka-Bars; Also got the CORRECT clutch this time around. Z32 N/A clutch, so it's the right pressure plate, AND clutch diameter. You'll see another set of ricer lugs behind that box, too! ;) Picked up some shit from the powdercoaters. It's way more a beigy-tan in real life. I think it looks great!
  3. Okay, here goes nothin'! Got my heater core delete sorted out for the most part. Might switch these fittings to pushlock, though; Drilled and tapped behind the thermostat for the front half of the delete.
  4. It's a love/ hate relationship. I do have a great deal of fun in it! This car is going nowhere, man. Don't you worry!
  5. You've got me beat - my shit doesn't even work!
  6. Didn't quite feel like sleeping this evening. Got some stuff on the go for the Z... Lightweight flywheel. Splitfire coilpacks. Analog wideband. Bought car parts instead of food this week. I'm in to it!
  7. Needed a hook-up to my intake piping for my IAC, so I rigged that up this evening. Spent the whole evening stripping my motor down and painted the block - something I should have done ages ago. Nothing fancy, just a clean cast iron colour. Once I pick-up my new clutch and place the order for my fly wheel I should be ready to drop my motor in for starting. Also put that new timing belt cover on. Ouuuuu, RB20 - Skyrine! Brought a bunch of stuff home for media blasting and powdercoating. Should probably have my alternator rebuilt while she's off. Why the fuck not, right?
  8. Here's a picture of my truck I liked from the weekend. I don't give this thing enough credit for functioning every day!
  9. My Black Dragon order also arrived. Fresh carpet kit, the only interior panel I was missing, rear wheel bearings, as well as all my bulbs, nuts, and bolts!
  10. Slow progress while I continue to spend car money on tattoos, haha! Got some stuff in the other day, and this afternoon, though... Extended studs for the rear. These ARP's are a different thread pitch, which means I get to buy another set of ricey lugs! Also, I gave that digital wideband to a friend, as I didn't realize they came analog. I'm just going to get one of these instead, as they don't have the lame flashing lights, and it'll fit in a little better.
  11. I like what you're doing, man! Based on that radius you're creating, I'm going to go ahead and guess trailer fenders for mini-tubs in the rear? Would look mighty pretty.
  12. I was just coming here to post that I'd found it already, haha. SpeedHunters post of the above car cleared up the manufacturer confusion. Thanks, Skib!
  13. Hey, guys - Hopefully I've found the right spot to be asking this! I've been searching high and low for a manufacturer or retailer for these three-piece lip spoilers for an S30. Google hasn't been my friend on this one, and I'm losing my patience, haha. Anyone know where one would go about acquiring one of these? Disregard trendy features, acquire center-exit exhaust... Thanks in advance!
  14. Threw in some cash on my end. Cheers to the people who keep this place going - we all appreciate it!
  15. Thanks, man! Those are 12" rotors in the front. I wish I was capable of machining stuff - but making a bracket like that is a little out of my league, haha. My thinking behind having the Wilwoods in the rear is that I'm not terribly concerned about having an ebrake. What you've suggested would definitely work if somebody was good with aluminum! Yeah, that one in the link is a cable type.
  16. The package I'd been waiting for! I can't get over how light these front calipers are! Sort of wish I'd done away with an ebrake and just gone with the Wilwoods in the rear also. Oh, welp! I'll be at the shop one night this week to go and mock all this bullshit up. :D
  17. Some good shit happening this week! Brakes showed up, got my heater core loop figured out, and my Black Dragon order shipped out. Out with the old, and in with the new! This lovely fitting gets me from the turbo's 5/16" hardline to -6AN for ease of plumbing back in to the coolant loop.
  18. Thanks, man! I'm kind of wishing I went with rear Wilwoods, but I'm happy to just have rear discs. Thank-you! These lists are never ending, haha. I finally feel like I'm getting down to the last of 'em, though.
  19. Good shit, dude! I love how tidy SR's look in these little engine bays.
  20. Under compression I'd think those would tuck just inside your flares just fine. If you haven't already ordered tires - I'd look in to some 225/45's for the rear. You can get some cool tires at really affordable prices in that size. Your tire profiles would be a lot closer with those in the rear also. Regardless, car's looking awesome!
  21. I also stopped by JRP to pick up my clutch, but it still wasn't there. I grabbed a wideband while I was there for the sake of crossing things off the list. On to the next. :crying:
  22. Haven't done a ton, but I've been piecing little shit together. I put in an order to Black Dragon last week for a fresh interior, and a bunch of misc. bulbs, as well as a couple nuts and washers I needed for my rear hubs. On top of that, I'm still waiting for my brakes to arrive! I yanked some stuff off my motor this afternoon briefly to try and finish this silly heater core loop. I've gotta get the coolant return from here... To here... Which connects to here... Without using gross things that resemble hardline... I began piecing the parts together last week, and while not cost efficient, it's gonna look a whole lot prettier than some brass barbs and rubber hose. Trust.
