  1. How it finished. I've got a bunch of that super high heat foil adhesive for the inside of it, also. Needed this to save my brake booster and proportioning valve;
  2. Now having extended studs in the front also. Had to get new caliper bolts and cut 'em down because of the new adapter plates for the Wilwoods. How it began;
  3. Got my FRSport stuff the other day! Analog Wideband to match the other gauges; CROILPRACKZ! And, the gangster flywheel - herra right!
  4. Those turned out really awesome. Good job, brother!
  5. This picture is so fucking awesome, haha.
  6. Right!? I wouldn't own a car unless I was in it for the bitches.
  7. I KNEW something good was going to come of this thread one day. Fuck yeah, Tristin!
  8. To be honest, I wish I didn't have to use 'em - I've got enough adjustable links in the front end to put my wheel wherever it needs to be, though.
  9. Lucked out on the Hybrid Z board. Those guys were actually really accommodating to a first-time poster and were more than willing to dish out nice parts for decent prices - was really pleased to see that. Committed to purchasing these hubs, and am pending a sale on another set as a 'just in case'. Spare parts as these I feel will be nice to have come time for burnouts; Also picked up some slightly larger slip-ons after work so I don't have that tie rod issue anymore. Am waiting on rear hubs, and extended studs for the front hubs to continue on this fun-lovin' turd.
  10. Realistically, either one of those would probably work. I figure since I've got these RCA's already, I might as well use them. I really only need a few milimetres to clear the tie-rod end. My old man suggested the same thing - It'll be easy enough to just throw on a 5mm on there anyways, though. Having the new studs in the front will just be a bonus.
  11. If it's within your budget, just go with a cell. With a good external pump and a decent FPR you'll never have to worry about whether your pressure's good, or whether your pump is up to the task. I had intentions of running the factory tank initially with my build as well, but the thing turned in to a race car - and I'm thankful for it, haha. Just my two cents. This is lookin' to be something awesome. Keep it up!
  12. These made me smile for the most part. Except the part where the old caliper bolts don't work anymore, fuckers. They look so awesome behind the Watanabes in the front. That's it for car work until my flywheel gets here, then I'll head back up.
  13. To say that this evening sucked is an understatement. Assembling brakes based on three shitty photos pretty much blows, only to find out the roll-center adjusters don't clear my wheels, and then passing a cop while I was going a top-speed run out in the sticks on the way home. Fucking horseshit! Began with this; Cursed a couple times, and ended up here; Had to show the 10mm some love in hopes of clearing the roll center adjusters. No such fucking luck. I've got to do extended studs in the front, and run a different slip-on. FUCK!
  14. This car has the best colour combination ever with the mint body and gold wheel faces - I like it lots!
  15. Waiting on the flywheel right now, and I've got to get a reducer welded on my water neck. After that I might just be able to dump 'er in for wiring. They'll get some fancy pants ones like the fronts when it comes time for the streetz.
  16. Haha, I had to! My rear studs are a different thread pitch than my fronts.
  17. Haha, thanks for pointing that out. I yanked the motor for final assembly! Crazy, right?
  18. Stripped it all down after for some enamel; And, I just HAD to see what they were going to look like behind the Watanabes; Other assembly is put on hold until I've got another hub. Fuck.
  19. Began doing rear wheel bearings this evening. I'm now down a hub that I have to try and source! :( Discs look fucking cool on there!
