... got my connector finally, and went to junkyard with a 7/8 socket and still it was too small, have to go back with a 15/16 tomorrow, i dont have enough $ to just buy the whole alt. not mad at you bonvo, haha but this sucks!

Nice! I Just love my truck so much and dont want to hurt it. But I also want to enjoy driving it, and I cant think of anything more enjoyable than cruising a vert 620 to a car show! :D like CANBY :cool: what could I use to close off the open areas after I cut? I dont want to weld.... atleast not right away.... Maybe some plastic caps?
