Carbs-rejet with cooler outside air instead of engine compartment air EFI- you should have a air temp sensor,i got one on my FJ that will read the air temp coming in and readjust itself. Cold air intakes work but not one still pulling air from the engine compartment you get more air not denser air,just think of the old days when they put ice bags on the intake to cool the intake manifold and cool the air coming in to the carb. ANd is it worth it for maybe 3-4 HP gain at the wheels if you drag race do it but for a rusty street car you aint going to feel it.

They wont be cheap,so let me know,how much you want to spend,i dont like selling things on this site,to many flakes.Sorry but the truth hurts.Pm me if your are serious and how much you want to spend,i will say this it will be over 300.00,but they are brand new NOS.

I know that i am far from lazy but sometimes its just plain disgusting to do,but polishing is a lot of work,your right i used to own tankers,you tried not to wash the trucks if you could,try drying one and you wont want to again,polishing looks better in my opinion but it is a lot of work hence why i said chrome it,Did you see my last motor i did,everything was polished and i kept it up,I think the worst thing i had to clean in my life was my Harley,i spent more time cleaning then riding.

The secret to polishing is not to polish,chrome it,there is a few products and I happen to have one of them but it's to time consuming to even apply that and it has to be very clean and it's a few step process.just whip out the mothers and stay on top of it that's it.Try to keep your fingers off the polished parts to your body oil is not good for polished parts.

Hold on not sol fast listen to what these guys said,good shocks are good shocks,here is your problem finding a good shock short enough.Firmer is no problem you can spend 1000.00 on the best shocks your still going to bottom out,if you have fab skills or a high limit credit card look in to going a different route because reindexing works but its the cheap way and you are going to bottom out no matter what you do.I went to coil overs and the ride is better then torsion bars but the geometry of the coilovers dont work for the right drop and bottoming out,it ends up being a mini truck ride again.Hope this helps.

I got some Billet Specialties rearview mirrors that i put on as well along with new cherry ass vent windows.I need to stop it already.

How you like those bumperrettes,they are brand new i just got from Canada hand delivered i might add.They came off brand new trucks at 1 of the dealerships in Canada. The customer would swap them out for a heavy duty bumper's and they would just leave them at the dealership.The best part is i think i can get more.I love it.

No turbo yet i need to get my truck running good and see what type of HP it puts out on the dyno,then i will go from there.It wont be cheap and hell i have no money.

Now you know what i was going through with the old engine.That looks really good.You will love the HP it will give you.Your truck what year is it if it had a J block redo your rear end gears right now they are way to low,it will be like driving a over horse powered L16 and a 4 speed while your in fifth gear.But it looks good Also did you put the timing chain guides in if you did take them out,they will give you problems down the road,also make sure your timing chain and tensinor is good before you put the motor in to save time and money.
