We'll get a gauge so you can see what is going on.unless your running all the stock fuel,system like per say out of a 95 240,you will need to dial,it in.

I disconnected all of smog crap and ran the return line to that return vent,works like a champ.

Are you running a fuel pressure gauge first of all second what pump your running do you need a regulator or a return line to the tank,you can use one of the vents on top of the tank.

I don't doubt you one bit,but the problem started I am sure is when he cut the front pulley off and welded a crank trigger wheel on it,so it was more then likely out of balance and I am thinking the powder coating just sealed the deal.shit happens. What you can do.
