Is that the oil pressure sending wire, the horn you would have 2 wires, but yes looks closer to the front of the car.

these wheels are nice but made for a 4x4. the center holes are so big, you can drive another 521 through them. But hey there blue.

No the 4" drop is causing the bottom plate to hit tire. Either offset or bigger wheel. Shocks aint fixing that problem.
