Yes, I've texted with Gus-Gus a few days ago and talked with Hector last night that we'll have a meet on 12/30 since it's the week after Xmas...but I guess they can't manage to type that up in here...mas puto! :rolleyes: The last 2 months prior seemed to hit the holidays on or about the last Thursday of the month so those were changed but we should be all good to go for this one. I'll post it up as usual on the same spots but feel free to pass the word along. Since this is the last meet of the year it's be a rain or shine meet. Those of us with rain worthy Datto's will probably be the only ones there but we'll see.

Hey guys yeah I was thinking since the last Thursday of November is Thanksgiving it will be best to hold this monthy's meet on 11/18/10 at 6pm due to the time change. I'll be posting on CL and please be sure to spread the word...this new day/time is only for the holiday months...not a regular day/time change.

Mark, I'll trade you a sweet set of 14" Enkei Apache wheels for it! :P No seriously I think a while back you could have gotten around $3K and up fairly easily but now things are not selling too well nor too fast. If you're in need of cash that might affect the final price if you're in a pinch to sell it but if you're not I wouldn't sell it for less than that really especially when you look around and see lesser goons asking prices in the mid to high $2K range (in CA at least). You've brought it a long way since you first took delivery of it and besides the small dings on the lower rear, the goon is fairly straight and definately in good condition. You've poured your hard earned time and money in it as well with the upgrades(suspension, seats, interior, and most recently cooling). I know you're a green and purple fanatic but if you want top dollar for it I think returning it to a more stock look might fetch that. I know in the past that's what I've done when it came to selling my older cars, I took my personal touches off of it or put things on that appealed to a wider audience...either in color or flat out put the stock items back to let the perspective new owners get a blank canvas for them to mod to thier liking. Plus you can sell any of those parts for more money as well. It's a bummer that you're even thinking about selling it. It seems like just yesterday I went over to Saul's to look at it for you, but I totally understand. If it just doesn't suit you and your family's needs, why hold onto something. I've been doing the same thing with my 350Z, I drive it once a month if that, I need to get rid of it, it's sad it just sits there collecting dust and having to charge the battery every month is getting old. Whatever you decide I'm sure you'll have some lingering doubts but hey you can always buy another 510 wagon...how about my 68 goon? hahaha :P

Hey sick620 contact Ray, I bought his drivetrain and I left my old stock drivetrain at his place. Just an FYI, I shipped a set of these 13x5.5 wheels, if I remember correctly it was around $65(?)...but no more than $80 using FedEx. I shipped them out as 4 individual items, I cut out cardboard circles to cover the wheel faces, then taped them securely (i.e. wrapped the whole thing so the tape wasn't just sticking to the tires alone). Anyway just an fyi. :)

Good thing you ask so you or anyone else doesn't get confused. The carpet kit I've been advertising and selling has been for the front and rear floors, which the kt fits all 2 door, 4 door, and wagons just fine...but it does not come for the goon cargo area. That hasn't been pictured in this carpet kit thread at all, look back and you'll see. He took that pic from my wagon build up thread, which I only made 2, one for my wagon and one for thatsoon510's wagon. :P Those would be seperate from the kit.

Well if 'people' from the 'East Bay' area would come on down... :P J/K. I posted it on a few sites so we'll see who comes out. I'd like to see more makes like Toyota's, Mazda's, etc but since I don't really frequent those sites it's hard to get much going on some of them. If anyone else knows of other old school import car centric sites please feel free to post about it.

Exactly...you're idea of "cheap" may not be other's "cheap" so it's best to put in a range that you're willing to pay based on size/condition/style.
