  1. It is a York. The place I gave my mechanic said they can work on it.
  2. I don't want to wait forever on something that may not turn up. None of the Nissan sites have any compressors. I looked. My mechanic said he turned it on and all was ok then suddenly it started making a bad noise. He's going to call up the place I gave him and see what they want to rebuild. Do you have the info for the AC guy in Chino? I don't know Robert. Might be another avenue to look into.
  3. I don't remember what it was. I saw those today but I don't think any were compatible with the 210. I did get a lead on a place that can rebuild it. Would be nice to find a new one though. I could call them I suppose and see if they have one. Would be easier than trying to figure it out on the stupid chart on ebay. Take all day to do that.
  4. Oh and if you use that junkyard site make sure you search 210 and B210 cause sometimes they label it wrong.
  5. As someone that has a B310 I can tell you that it's rather specific to itself. And it doesn't help that they changed from round eye to square eye cause that changed the fenders and dash bits as well. The glove box is the same for all 4 years tho. The gauge cluster won't be cause the round eye has a round gauge cluster and the square eye a square one. Fairly certain the gauges themselves are different sizes between the round and square but if you can make em fit good on you. If you go junkyard diving the hatchbacks most always have tachs in them. More so than sedans and wagons. Dash and glovebox in decent condition will probably be harder to find. There's a web site to look for parts car-part.com but I think it's best for body and mechanical parts than any plastic bits. There's also a site for some junkyards that list their inventory up in your neck of the woods I think; row52.com/Search. You can put in a request and see if anyone is floating around the yard that will pull parts for you if it happens to be at a yard not near you. It's been a 210 famine in my area lately but that's how it usually is. They show up in packs or there's nothing at all.
  6. Anybody know of any aftermarket a/c compressors that will work in the 210? My mechanic has hit another snag in the a/c saga. Compressor is bad :crying: He's looking to see what he can find but meanwhile I thought I'd ask here in case someone knows.
  7. Getitng ready to make more 210 quarter panel emblems

  8. Got some bumper ends from Draker (thanks dude!) that I'm now reconditioning. They were pretty rusty and got as much off as I could. Filled in the scratches and holes and then painted. Because I suck ass at painting I have to redo two of them. I always get too close so I got spray spots. But the other two look fantastic!
  9. Saw this in a lot yesterday. Was in really good shape. Toyota Corolla? Wasn't positive.
  10. I know! I wanted to finally meet everyone too. The funds may not be happening by then to take time off to go. Poop! :poop:
  11. Dang! I'm going to miss the sausage fest. I wanted to make it up there this year but I don't think I'm going to be able to. :poop:! We'll see if something changes.
  12. That is a pretty car. Very good looking. Someone took care of it. They will be in the mail tomorrow. You got the last set. I'm going to have to start making more.
  13. My husband was at the gas station yesterday when he saw this Z. Young kid was driving it. His dad had bought it a few years ago for $15k I think it was. They both have the Datsun bug. The kid was bummed that he couldn't make JCCS last year. The car he was driving got a flat and he had to deal with that. My husband said the Z was in pretty good shape and seemed to be stock.
  14. My husband's coworker owns this Z Saw this on LaBrea near the 10 freeway in LA yesterday
  15. It came out beautiful. Couple shades lighter than the piece I had them match but I’m having my entire dash assembly painted so it’s ok. I just like the fact that it’s like new with all new materials.
  16. I had it done at Just Dashes in Van Nuys, CA. I think they're a little over priced but it turned out nice and it had all new materials and is vacuum formed.
  17. Finally got my dash pad back from being reconditioned. The original was all cracked and I had carpet put on it at one point. Now I can take out the painted one that's in there. The paint is starting to peel up some so the blue is showing through. This will look amazing.
