This started life as a KA-24E swap into the 620.But being in Az,i needed A/C.Actually the wife needed A/C.But with the KA in the frame,there was not enough room to mount the compressor as the steering box was in the way.So i got to thinkin':What a perfect excuse for converting to a rack!After a lot of time & research and visits to fabricators,the only way was to use a custom rack.Since this is my wifes daily driver & ranch truck,i couldn't justify the expense.So i built a LZ-23. Keep in mind that in a situation like we are talking,"bump steer" is a critical factor.If it is not addressed properly -it can kill you.

I bought it for IF and when my header goes south.I had the header from a parted out truck,so i figured WTF and used it.If it starts leaking & crap,this manifold will be used in its place.

No power gain IF all things are "correct".BUT,you will see easier starts,cleaner idle and the rev limiter is cheap insurance. Now to the tach-if a 6Al box is in use you MUST wire the tach to the box.And then a "tach adapter" most likely will be needed.

The brakes on the 620 are NOT,I repeat NOT up to the task of what you're asking.
