Hi,

 

I'm looking for a spare J13 engine for my 520 pickup (1968).

Anything available from a swap? The truck is still 100% original and prefer to keep so.

 

Located in Belgium but happy to organize pickup worldwide đź‘Ť

Thanks for the tip, current engine runs but feels like it could use deep care. Truck passed MOT and runs happily so wouldn’t want to take it to the workshop for an unknown time now spring is getting closer. Besides, engines will get more rare so wouldn’t hurt to have one spare.

 

what about a J15, is it pretty much identical apart from stroke?

I believe the J15 is indeed mostly compatible with the J13 external mounts etc. but do not have any personal  experience with that engine.
