Most employers that have one or two days of floating holidays usually use one of them when a holiday falls on a Thursday or a Monday. I was the king (according to my Boss) of looking at the annual holiday schedule, and take one or two vacation days, and weasel it into 4 or five days off over a long holiday weekend.. 1 Quote Link to comment
