Rig for the Snow

Recommended Posts

I figured it was time to get a decent 4x4 for winter and rainy days. its a 96 HO model with airaid intake, Warrior Products 5" Lift, WP steering brace, WP roof rack, WP diamond plate sides, WP rock barz with aluminum inserts, WP front and rear bumpers, WP removable door setup, centerline wheels and 33" BFG mud terrains. Fun but it has a bad head gasket. I got a good deal on it and figured I had time to wrench with all this snow falling. One pic for now.

I tore into it today and found that the rings have fused themselves on the number 2 piston.....tried to take a pic but it didn't turn out. It actually left part of the piston on the cylinder wall it got so hot. Heres what it looks like now. I am still trying to figure out if I want to stroke it or not.
