I took off the valve cover and plate on the timing cover and saw this Below: What could be the cause of this? I also took off the oil pan and saw some metal shavings. Quote Link to comment

iceman510 Posted October 13, 2022 Report Share Posted October 13, 2022 if you are thinking those grind marks behind the chain are a problem, I believe those are factory to remove excess casting to make sure no interference with the timing components. 2 Quote Link to comment
