The crossmember was removed by the PO, unfortunately I do not have the original fasteners.

Not that critical, grade 8 in any thread will be enough.

Agreed, at most they are in a bit of sheer, but I would use grade 8 because it doesn't really cost that much for 4 bolts

Grade 8 for SAE and I think the metric equivalent is 10.8.
