So I know for starters aftermarket units exist but who wants crappy Chinese made shit when you can use a factory Nissan part. Am I right ? 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️
So I have seen only a couple people attempt to do this so I thought I would make one article a little more in depth.

From the look of the larger white tag on the parts, that indicates still available through your local Nissan dealer.

The lock ring and O-ring should fit virtually any Datsun of the '70s era.

Always thought that would work!!  Nice!!  Are there two terminals on the 240Z?  If so, one is a ground, whereas the 510 must simply ground thru the unit!

I think the 510 Wagon has 2 terminals.

About 95% sure on that.

I cleaned, zinc plated & rebuilt my 79.
A 720 is perfect for 620, there are just different harness connectors.
It went into a 720 tank since they fit 78-79 620

So I finally got around to doing the install. I got lucky with the gas level.

This is what was reading before the install. After install the needle jumped to the line on E. I filled the tank the next day ($60 later ) going to monitor how it reads as it goes down and report back.
