Question for others who have these - the lug nuts, are they supposed to be the cone / tapered seat style or the kind with a washer and a short shank that drops in the hole? There are 2 part numbers listed. 1 is for the shank style, 1 is for the acorn style. But I think the descriptions are wrong / opposite. Quote Link to comment

The "shanked" style are for the steel wheels, acorn for the alloy. A simple Google image search of the lug part numbers from the first link I posted proves this. Quote Link to comment

If you notice I used quotations around the word shanked when I posted it the first time, because I was using your incorrect terminology as the separation of the 2 styles. If you actually took the time to look at the 2 Nissan lug nuts they are both acorn nuts, one just has a flanged dress cap with rubber washer on it. OEM steel wheel lug nut. NVFireFighter Posted January 6, 2019 Report Share Posted January 6, 2019 I too have the Titan wheels but they are 17's.....I did some research and also asked the tire guys.....use the "acorn" style lug nuts. I bored my wheels out with a router, took about an hour and they look like they were done in a machine shop. Also, those center caps are brittle as shit! Try not to break the tabs off......they want $55 for new ones and ebay prices are not much better! 1 Quote Link to comment
