fisch Posted May 31, 2016 Report Share Posted May 31, 2016 This seemed like a clean simple solution since getting the fittings on those tubes out can be tough. An eyesore gone, much happier. I went for least frustration possible. Sure, an extra step 'tapping', but worth it to not wrestle with those fittings! Rick-rat Posted May 31, 2016 Report Share Posted May 31, 2016 I took my manifold off and when you heat the fittings red hot they come out pretty easily, was able to remove the entire tube. Those fittings are not pipe thread, put in metric bolts and cut the head off the bolt flush with the manifold Quote Link to comment
