They have center "posts" that poke above the flange when installed. You press them flat to secure them. When you must remove them [as you certainly will] you depress the center post and the fastener releases and is reusable. Cheap and reusable! And bought these vvvvv It's a 2 piece upgraded version of the originals! Or so I thought ;) Long story short I ended up at napa referencing the PN Micro posted Perfect match and the right color !
