1979 dually 2-door double cab?

Does anyone know if this was actually a factory issued truck?  Or is this someone's custom rendition???  Its for sale locally and I'm interested in it.

These were converted by rv companies after delivery to the states.

There have been two of those for sale by me within the past 6 months! Really wish I could've picked one up.

Is $1500 obo a decent deal if its not full of holes?  Still waiting for a call or text back from the guy.  I assume its an L20b with a 5 speed.  Rear seats and interior are nice, the rest is good, not great.

If it runs and drives with minimal rot/body damage that's a decent price.

The L20B was in all '75 and up 620s. The Cab/Chassis 620 was introduced in '78. It only ever came with a wide ratio 4 speed because of it's intended usage carrying heavy industrial loads and camper/motor homes. There were no beds supplied on the Cab/Chassis option

It was a 4 speed, and Fred Flintstone would have loved to drive it.  Generous small rust holes and very little usable floor.  Repairable, but since it wouldn't start, too rich for my comfort level.
