Tech-guy
My fuse box is cracked and I would like to replace it. My box has 2 large multi-pin connectors and 3 individual wires; one white, one black/white, and one red/white. Fuse boxes I have seen online do not have the red/white wire. Are there some simple wiring changes I can make that will allow me to use the fuse box without the red/white wire? 1 Quote Link to comment
Doctor510
That wire is THE main 12v power supply. I have some reconditioned fuse boxes if you need one. 1 Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
make sure to get the exact same one as there are differences. One can be changed to work but notice most new people cant figure it out. Quote Link to comment

The Red/White stripe wire powers the headlight relay and only used on the '72/'73 510. Quote Link to comment
