It's true.  The range was certified for weapons instruction.  The instructor was certified [but ultimately DUMB].  The Uzi as usual recoiled upward from the force of the firing.  It doesn't have a muzzle brake. The dumb shit instructor didn't have the sense of a flea not to stand where the recoil of the Uzi was likely to point the muzzle.  The 9 year old will not be charged.  As for the "instructor" to quote Forrest Gump, "Stupid is as stupid does."

An explaination for the rest of the world is in order.  The United States of America's second ammendment to our Constitution [The primary Law of the Land} does NOT grant us the right to possess and use firearms!  It confirms the pre-existing right under English Common Law, and the duty to prepare to defend the realm, to possess and practice the correct use of arms.  "A well regulated militia" is all males from 18 to 65, not otherwise prohibited from possession of arms like in prison or legal order of non possession, who are required to provide their own personal arms in times of need and can demonstrate proficiency in their use.  If you American citizens are old enough to remember the military draft and didn't defect to Canada, you spent at least 2 days on the firing range learning to "regulate" your M1 and filling in the calibration sheet that accompanied your rifle.  THAT is what a "well regulated militia" is, a group of citizens that can shoot straight!  Not, I repeat, not the current National Guard units that the "Liberal" politicans want to substitute for the constitutional protected citizenry until they can disband the National guard and reduce us to the status of Great Britan []and I use that name with disparagement] or Australia [which should have known better]and leave the criminal element free to ravage as they see fit since the 5th ammendment grants them the right to keep now illegal arms since it would violate their rightd to admit that they had now illegal weapons.

 

By the way, to show the hipocracy of the arms control maffia, they want to ban concealable firearms because"they are not fit for military use" but want to ban semi and full automatic firearms because "They look too much like military weapons".  Do they have their heads up an anatomically impossible position?  Or are they just lying through their teeth?
