Your headlights should be right out in the open in the front of your truck, unless someone stole them and hid them from you. 620's didn't come with the door over the light so they could be hid.

Yea the headlights tht are blue looking. Are this the lights and would they work in my 620?

The headlights that are blue looking are usually just colored bulbs. Proper HIDs are bluer because the temperature of the light is "cooler." There are no currently made proper HIDs for 620s. You'd have to do a retrofit of newer projectors into 620 housings.

There are plenty of eBay cheap kits you can use, but they are garbage. You will only blind oncoming traffic.

If you're only in it got the blue then buy crystal housings and blue colored bulbs on the same lumens as your current lights. If you're looking for brighter lights, buy new sealed beams, add relays to your headlight wiring, and install a larger alternator.

Bright would be some hella bi-focal H4/H1 conversion lights.

Bright would also be some of the projector lights coming out for 5.75" round that support HIDs. Though on a 620 its hard to fit a projector.

Please do NOT put HIDs in non HID headlights.

Blue light is not good, and is less bright than either white or yellow, they have a lower lumen output.

They sell plenty of round H4 type healight conversion, as the ones on my 510. Then you buy the HID kit in color of preference with H4 bulbs. Once installed adjust the angle as to not blind every driver in front of you. I purchased a universal H4 HID kit which has a removable metal cover on the bulb to control the refraction at the top which gives less light emmited upwards and more straight and down.

Try ebay you'll need to get a H4 light conversion set first..they make them for older BMWs that would fit a 620. Ive also seen some with the halo eyes that could be used as DRL. You might also look at the new LED headlight kits. Pretty spiffy. You may have to move your battery back as the light housings will extend further into the engine compartment  Try www.light-pros.com for your lights

Good luck
