edekalil
When you use spacers on the rims, do you use 1 spacer of the desired thickness or can you combine a couple to get the thickness you need. 1 Quote Link to comment
dr.feltersnatch
How thick do you need? I would try to just do 1 if possible. Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
I wouldn't double stack them. Quote Link to comment
datrod
I don't think stacking them would be a good idea. When you get it figured out, I can make you any thickness you need. Just let me know. 3 Quote Link to comment

Son_of_a_Datsun_Guy
Stacking has been done (not by anyone reputable).... He'll i saw someone using washers once. Don't do it, find a spacer that's the right size. I ended up having on made because no one made a 13mm spacer.... Quote Link to comment
edekalil
Well I am trying to get some info together so I can plan to use my 300zx rims on the 72/510 I just got up and going again.Busta Nut said he used 8mm in the rear and front I have to look at what struts he is using (I think shortend stock struts) so since I think I will keep the stock struts and just shorten them I should only need an 8mm spacer to work 1 per wheel. If I went with 280zx struts and brake set up I would need a thicker spacer in the front because the tires would sit closer inward. I plan to use the 280zx setup on another car which is apart at the moment. I cannot go way low due to the streets in New Orleans are not very slammed friendly. I do have some olde school components for lowering the rear of the car I think about 2 or more inches and I bought some newer coilover setup stuff with the smaller dia. springs I will use in the front. So that is what I will do so I can use the 300zx rims with good tires on them rather then let them sit any longer than they have.I will just start buying some newer components for when I get the last sedan put back together down the road here. I figured stacking would not be a good idea. My tire on that rim is 205x50r. That shood work since I am not going to drop the car too much. Quote Link to comment
Mattndew76
None of the spacers I have seen are designed well for stacking. Think Lego.. DatRod has the skills to get you a custom set made. 1 Quote Link to comment

flatcat19
Or get wheels with less positive offset. Quote Link to comment
Rjawm
http://www.partsshopmax.com/page.php?10 Bottom half of the page, a whole engineered system of stacked custom fit spacers. Just need to match bore size. Keep in mind that anything over 5mm of spacer it's usually recommended to run extended studs too. 2 Quote Link to comment
