datzenmike
Are they Nissan? Could be 720s, they had 14" rims. The B-210, S10 and A10 had them but not 14" I think Quote Link to comment
dhp123166
Yes Mike definitely Nissan, these are one size smaller than 620 trim rings. I guess logic would decree that these would be vehicles with steelies that preceeded the 620. Namely the 520, 521, 320 (?) and maybe the Roadster? If so I am sitting on a goldmine as these are NOS. Thanks so much for your help. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Yes, never saw this on a 620s but was an option from half way through the '76 model year on the KC. The 520/521 didn't have the rings but these may fit just the same. Quote Link to comment
bananahamuck
Seems like my neighbor went on and on one day, about how roadsters never came with trim rings,, stock, but i may be mistaken. Quote Link to comment
Guest Rick-rat
Yes you need to quit your job and find a good investment counselor. You have hit the mother load of rare and NOSeating parts there. You need to get those secured as soon as possible. Jay Leno is probably drooling over those  :poop:  Those are actually used for hiding curb rash on your Panasports Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Never cared for rings unless very wide and fitted to deep rims. 1 Quote Link to comment
tdaaj
If it fits the 13" rim its for the a10 510 and b310, could also be the early 80's front wheel drive stanza as they cam with 14" wheels in 86-87. Earlier rings were smoothly rounded. No ridges. Quote Link to comment

All those vehicles came with 14" wheels except the early roadster. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
I assumed they were for a 14". If for 13" then B210/S10/A10. I don't think the 610/710 had rings but they woud fit. Quote Link to comment
dhp123166
You are probably right Mike. Thanks for the input gentlemen. I am meeting the seller again tomorrow to pick up more Datsun NOS goodies including a ton of literature. I will try to find out if he can remember what they are for. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
I never saw a B210 with trim rings. All the later B310 had them. Quote Link to comment

ggzilla
It seems your question has nothing to do with Trim Rings. Please post a new Topic with your question. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Here is a Datsun 210 factory Trim Ring Smooth edge Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
I never saw a B210 with trim rings. All the later B310 had them. Correct (I was generalizing) they had the honeycomb disc covers. Quote Link to comment
tdaaj
Except the honey bees, those had dog dishes. Quote Link to comment
dhp123166
These are from a 310. Interestingly enough, the original owner used to mount these on 510's as well. Quote Link to comment
