1lo620
Ok I have had 2 throttle cables break on me on my 620 in the last 2 months. They are fraing (?spelling) in the middle. I think it is due to the extreme angle that I have for the weber carb linkage.. Is there a trick to this that I am missing? Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
For tight corners I like to put a loop in the cable so that it doesn't kink. Not sure how much extra cable you have though. Any pics of your setup? Are you back up this way yet? Quote Link to comment
Farmer Joe
might have to get a longer throttle to route it in a better way.. got any pictures of it? Quote Link to comment

banzai510(hainz)
Most cases the stock linake will still be used for the weber. and if you use the stock angles it should be fine. BUT WEBER SOLD A CABLE HOLDER THAT SHOULD POSITION THE CABEL AND JAM NUT IN THE RIGHT SPOT. somtimes I have to shim it to get the cable from not rubbing the inlet to the cable housing Quote Link to comment
