]2eDeYe
That looks nice, sorry about not getting back to you about the dimensions. I am a slacker :) Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
It looks like the cap/neck sticks up a bit too much from the pic. Be sure to have rubber washers between the radiator and any steel. Electrolysis is a bitch. Quote Link to comment

flatcat19
http://community.ratsun.net/topic/58363-aluminum-radiator-in-620-easier-than-you-thought/ Copy what he did. Electrolysis is a bad chemical reaction created within water ran near a DC source. The idea is to isolate the water/radiator from the grounded chassis. Steel/copper radiator does not suffer the way aluminum does. It's actually a really cool process-it just reaks havoc on older cars with upgraded stuff. http://www.ve-labs.net/electrolysis-101 Galvonic reaction is another association you may look in to. ol' 320
Not against any rules I know of. I'm using stock 620 3 core radiators for my KA's Redeye: Where do you buy your three row 620 rads, and is a 620 rad interchangeable with a KA 521 rad? Quote Link to comment
jesusno2
Radiators are always a hit and miss situiaton for me is bigger always better? Seems to me that yes its bigger but is it harder to cool down that much mass once it gets hot? And living in the PNW and driving datsuns in cooler weather warm up time is important to me too, does it take longer for a engine to warm up that much mass? Nissan's design for a ka24e or de was for a 2 row brass radiator i think maybe they were plastic not 100% sure on that. I know that the aftermarket 240 aluminum radiator fits in a 521 with some trimming. Having a good fan WITH i shroud is the key to keeping the engine cool Quote Link to comment

Pick n Pull. :) Not sure if they are interchangable, I don't think they would be a direct fit as the later 620 core support was modified to fit the 3 row radiator. Quote Link to comment
