GRpufnstuf
I've been looking all over the interwebs for something I ised to buy on the regular. Headlamp bubble shields. I mostly bought them for 7" and now I want them on my 5.75" (620) lamps. I'll be intalling my Hella H1/H4 lights and don't want them to get lost to rock chips. I also like the goofy bubbled look they look like this: only smaller diamter. They look funny, or good depending on your POV. I want them and cannot find them anywhere. Anyone know a source? I need 4 in the 5 3/4" size Quote Link to comment
MikeRL411
Are you sure your Hellas heat won't warp them? Chromed wire guards just might turn out in the long run to be a better choice. Quote Link to comment
GRpufnstuf
I've been using them for years on my Volvo 140 cars. I always switch to an H4 type lamp. The 140 cars are 7" rather than 5.75". They've never melted or warped on me. Quote Link to comment

510T
http://www.ceebaileys.com/othermodels/custom_hlguard.html These folks do not offer a 5 3/4" but will make them custom and they offer different dome profiles. I think they are polycarbonate. Kinda pricey at 39.99 each for custom sizes but they are high quality. Quote Link to comment

I was measuring edge to edge and they seem to measure lenses width so the 5" 'should' work. Still $80 total but better than $160 ;) Quote Link to comment
