Str8_69
Sorry if this has been done, searched and didn't find, so here's mine. 620 Pickup washer bottles and motors are hard to find, and stupid spendy when you do, and just as old as your current one. Tired of leaking bottles and wimpy/burned out pump motors? 10 minutes and yer done, son. Found this at my local CarQuest today, part # CWP 151-102, complete washer reservior/pump system, $37.99 out the door. First, take that tired shizz out, duh. Then, pull that burned up smelly old RTV covered pump motor off the bottle and snip that connecter. I just used a couple barrel connectors to adapt to the new motor harness. Then, whip out that new bottle.... And pull the supplied bracket off the back of it... Then, INSTALL THE BOTTLE ON YOUR ORIGINAL BRACKET... Then just plug in your harness, hook up hoses, fill with your favorite blue juice, and fuhhhghetttaboutit.. So, all you need is the bottle and pump, a bit of the supplied hose and connector, and you get some stuff to throw in the junk drawer. ;) 1 Quote Link to comment
