Attempt at your own risk.  I have a '66 520 windshield and a '70 521 windshield... the 521 one is a half inch wider.

There has been talk about this in the past, but my glass guy has a 66 520 windshield he uses as a template, he cut me a new windshield using that and it is the same as a 521 windshield I have, I have also measured them, and they look the same to me, but I have not removed my cracked 66 520 yet to know for sure, but the tape measure says they are the same.

haha well now im a bit confused should i start a search for a 521 WS? to replace my cracked 520?

If I were you I would take a tape measure and take several measurements, force back the windshield gasket and make sure you get a proper reading, I actually cut the gasket out of the way because I am using a new one, so I could see the edge on both sides.

Then measure a 521 windshield, I believe you will have your answer.
