its him and its beyond a quality issue, for me he flat out did not ship a dash and rockers for a 521. It's fraud... he gets lots of orders offering up a few good parts, makes a few friends so he can string it out by making a few legit transactions(its salting the goldmine- old scam) and then he quietly fades out with a few k in paypal orders outstanding.
