datzenmike
Google 1200 club / rear end swaps. There's a list of diffs and their rating. Off hand I don't remember the H-150 load rating. Quote Link to comment

SlammedSunny
Your going to need at minimum an H165, best to use an H190 if you can find it, or shorten a ford 8.8 or 9". Any particular reason you are thinking of a ford 3.0L? A lightly modified KA24DE would make the same if not more power, be lighter, and easier to swap. just my $0.02 Quote Link to comment
SlammedSunny
Sorry my bad, they weigh about the same amount Quote Link to comment
king bee66
its still a better option though Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Let's say you have a free 3-liter V6. In fact you have an entire aerostar with the RWD transmission. But you don't have a KA. And you can weld/fabricate. In that case is the KA still a better option? Quote Link to comment
king bee66
most people that come to ratsun making comments like this dont have any of that, or even know about the ka option. no offence to the op Quote Link to comment
