Figbuck Posted April 16, 2008 Report Share Posted April 16, 2008 I probably saw that car run at Sears Point Raceway in the '70s. I used to go to all the IMSA races at Laguna and Sears (now Infineon) and lots of the SCCA club races . I took a two day Bondurant high performance driving school and drove a 280Z one day and a formula Ford the next day. After I did that, they changed the format and turned it into a three day introduction to road racing school. One of my friends did that and I tagged along for the class room sessions. Bob Bondurant taught some of those. I learned a lot from that. They had a skid pad set up by that time too. I would have like to try that. Five grand seems like a pretty good deal if you are into club racing. Quote Link to comment
