Zeusimo
Hardbody Rear Fits But Only If You Have 720 Leafs Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
520/521/620 and 720 leave springs are the same dimensions (1,200mm long and 60mm wide) just differing thicknesses and numbers of leaves to vary the spring rate. A Hardbody rear might fit but is wider, around 60" wms to wms, than a 720 which is wider than a 620. Quote Link to comment
PDX Matt
I'm asking about slimmer rear bumpstops. Quote Link to comment
PDX Matt
There are no shorter rear bumpstop options? I guess I'll have to trim my factory ones. Quote Link to comment
chebetio510
Thanks to Zeusimo for the link to those bump stops. He said he did not have to tap his but he did have to trim down the stud. His is a ball-joint truck, mine is a kingpin truck. Just another difference between the two. The aforementioned bump stops. Tappy, tap, tap 3/8-16 Screwed in Locked down Passenger side. Amount of travel at ride height now. Shocks should be in this week. Got some KYB's and I'll be checking the parts store for the rest of the bushings up front. @redeye i just noticed you have adjustable outer tie rod ends.. what year is that from? on my 74 they are solid and only adjustment for alignment is at the center link but with your set up looks like u can adjust each wheel Quote Link to comment
