Removed nuts from u-bolts Then removed u-bolts n jacked up the rear axle Then slid the block in n lowered the axle Put new u-bolts n fastened them with the new nuts n washers and torqued them to 85 Quote Link to comment

I am thinking of going either thursday or friday after work hit me up and we can meet up. If I remember right the leafs cost about $40 and then you can order new bushings too. I have the energy suspension polly ones in my they me cost aboot 35 but I think you can find them cheaper online Quote Link to comment

k-autic Posted March 7, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 7, 2012 I've been trying to take the bed off but those bolsters r a pain in the ass to take off almost got them though. Also ive had this spare tranny since i not the truck n I've been wondering if there might be a chance it's a 5sp......... well thus morning i took off my shifter, put it on the spare tranny and it is 5sp! Now to find out if its an L series can anyone help out to id it pls?!!!???? Quote Link to comment
