M.Creer Posted January 15, 2012 Report Share Posted January 15, 2012 Selling my 1971 1200 coupe. Tags good until December 2012. $800 as is. A12 4 speed manual. It ran great, but blew a headgasket. I put the headgasket on, but I think the pushrods went back in the wrong order. I wasn't paying attention. Also the exhaust & intake manifolds need to be bolted back up. I also think the front calipers are bad. It stops but when the 14 inch mess are equipped on the front they lock up. The body is in decent shape for it's age. All glass is good. Floors have rust holes. Front is worse that back. Not major, but not great. I'll be working on the car over the next few weeks so it may be running, and front calipers/ struts may be replaced before the sell. Also it's on 14 inch mesh wheels 14x6.5 +20.
